Why did Utena go to the party Nanami threw in the first place? She remembers the bullshit he tried to pull and how he tried to squash her spirit like an ant under a sledgehammer. And she also knows he's in bad shape because of her, so even if she is incredibly forgiving, she should know that it would probably be better for both of them if she didn't go. Eh, whatevs, she seemed to be getting along with him fine. Maybe he just lets bygones be bygones when there's a piece of ass in it for him potentially.
Nanami's friend Keiko has a crush on Touga and wants to get close, so she shares her umbrella with him when it's raining. Nanami sees this and kicks her out of all school organizations she's involved with, cause she's a crazy bitch who wants her brother's dick all to herself. So Keiko goes to the Black Rose Circle and takes Touga's sword, and duels Utena. Was pretty disappointed at the end of the duel. For a minute it looked like Keiko reached a revelation that she really should be fighting Nanami instead of Utena, but instead of pulling out and going to confront Nanami, she just continued to fight Utena. Missed opportunity there for some real character growth. I realize the situation with the dueling arena and Rose Bride and whatnot makes my proposal pretty unrealistic, but I think something should have happened. At the very least, I don't think she should have been right back being Nanami's servant again. Oh well.

But Keiko didn't become a duellist for Nanami, she became one for Touga. But yeah, I guess you're right; Nanami was the focal point of this episode.
I just finished 22, but I don't think I'll post impressions until after I watch it again tomorrow. A...lot happens in this episode.
I watched episodes 3-33 last weekend. I just had to let it allllll wash over me.

Haruna Luna choosing Klein and Eir Aoi choosing Kirito-kun were the best parts, they should include interviews on their features, its nice seeing the faces behind the singers and etc.
So glad its getting a dub, wonder if Neon Alley will try to snatch it up before Toonami, would be a great way to get more people to use the service as well as airing Accel World And Sword Art Online back to back.
Hopefully the voice of Kida Masaomi is the voice chosen for Kirito.

Aww you are really close to finishing Black Rose.
It looks like it mostly (if not entirely) borrows from your Plan to Watch list, or at least it did mine. I suppose that takes some of the "magic" out of their suggestions because, I assume, people (at least those who are pretty good with snap judgments) are more likely to put anime that will end up suiting their taste into their Plan to Watch list.

I've had enough for tonight. It's rare that I'm able to watch six episodes of anything in a single day. Hopefully I'll finish tomorrow. Hope it's not during GAF's maintenance, though.

Yeah, that's what it is for me too. Though I suppose it could help with trying to decide on which of those shows you should try out I guess.
I didn't realize there were something like five different GAF-tan designs until this "what should GAF's mascot be" thread appeared.
