Well it looks like he was involved afterall.
I wouldn't be so quick to jump to that conclusion.Isn't this basically the 2nd Amendment in action? Government is acting in an oppressive way so you use your guns to fight back.

Sounding like it. CNN is catching up. Just read that statement. They're starting to catch up.

You serious?Isn't this basically the 2nd Amendment in action? Government is acting in an oppressive way so you use your guns to fight back.
This country is going straight to hell.
Hope the news plastering him all over for an extended period of time doesn't mess with his life for the coming months. That's got to cause a lot of unrest, even if he is safe now.
Hoping for the best.
I am not familiar with texas law. Open carry of assault rifle is illegal?
Uh.. no. Not him.
oh natey...
If by involved you mean "at the event" then yes I suppose he was.
Twitter endangered his life in the first place.Twitter saved that mans life
Picture guy turned himself in.
I don't think he did it, personally.
Bet if he was white he would've been assumed as being a patriot, nothing more.
It was Reddit, wasn't it? The guy even got his 15 minutes of fame by being interviewed.Twitter endangered his life in the first place.
Twitter saved that mans life
Maybe. But I don't think that justifies a cop just shooting a "potential maybe suspect" instantly. Especially all the times where the victims were deemed innocent.
If you were telling violence against cops is a constant and cops are dying everywhere everyday from this, maybe (even then, no) but cops are not supposed to resort to violence immediately. That's the issue here.
because he can. the same reason the Panthers carried theirs wherever they went. it's an open carry state and it's within his rights to do so.Dunno why he brought the rifle

TrueTwitter endangered his life in the first place.
Because white people don't necessarily have reasons to want to take revenge on police, but a black person would.

"This is one of our suspects. Please help us find him!"Twitter endangered his life in the first place.
Probably smart turning himself in, hopefully (assuming he's innocent) he's released and on his way quickly.
are you ignorant? he turned himself in and there was video showing him in the crowd when the shots were fired

I really wish I could be a fly on the wall of that interrogation room, though.
