I hope Bumgie plays with us a little and adds in some Lore to the Cryptarc by having him end up being Xur on the weekends, selling our exotics and legendary engrams, and his apprentice or something works the Cryptarc vender during the weekend.
LOLWUT. Completed 3 public events gold tier in Patrol and the postmaster only had one package for me at the tower.
Well, the package is called a 'reward for the first gold tier public event of the day', not like they were being misleading about it.
Got the stability upgrade on my Silvered Hushwind...holy shit auto rifles are easy to use. I have not lost a proper 1 vs 1 gunfight with this gun yet. Once you're aiming at their head, there's close to zero spread. Extremely close.
It doesn't feel right using one after I came up using hand cannons, but damn. I really see why autos dominate PvP.

Is that for the 25 Strike grind? Or the first Strike I have to do?
I've seen conflicting things about that. The description says to do the weekly or nightfall strike but some are saying that any heroic strike will work.

I'm still miffed I rolled a Hunter piece when I bought my Exotic Engram last week. Disassembled it for Shards though, which was good.
Well damn, that certainly makes the start a bit easier. It's baffling how many of these descriptions are incorrect in the game. Equally baffling is why the weekly Strike doesn't have matchmaking.

Had first world problems last night, got a third exotic bounty and i destroyed it as they are taking up too much bounty space and as a player who is lvl 26 and has never had a legendery/exotic armour drop, i find this quite funny.

Based on the fact that the Weekly Heroic strike is level 22, I'm going to assume that any level 22 or 24 strike will count for the first part while any strike at all counts for the 25 you have to do for the second part of the chain.

I purchased a Dead Orbit emblem by mistake and I found while wearing it I get 10 ponts of rep with the Dead Orbit sales dude.

You could have used those two hours to get marks & rep to progress your vanguard via bounties, strikes & patrols and done better. Dont understand why people are so obsessed with farming smh.

for every kill you get 1 point, for every assist you apparantly also get 1 point. For every death you loose one point.. counts cross games. You need to reach 25.. easier than it sounds

You can switch back and forth and not lose your progress within a faction.
Fortunately it just means that you need 25 more kills then deaths in the Crucible accumulative. I got it by playing two rounds of Control.
Unless you're enjoying it, don't do this. the came doesn't intend for you to progress this way. Read up if you want more info!
