Actually, i have nothing against Xbox. Competition is fine and Sony has a bad tendency to screw us when competition is weak. . But I have a huge issue with MS. This company is real cancer, stiffling competition, etc. I Deal with them businesswise and they are so freaking awful, it's staggering. I just don't want them in the living room. They should have been dismantled long ago. And byiing up their way to success by acquiring editors ? no way i support that shit.

Heck, even ignoring AI, gt7 demolishes grid in every other aspect. Reason enough that grid horribly flopped in comparison when they decided to release near gt7. Physics, car mechanics, tracks, realism, dynamic weather, dynamic time of day, car models, physics, number of cars, number of tracks, content, quality of content, etc.

Should also be pointed out Xbox almost quit the business entirely after the Xbox One. Silver tongue snake Phil convinced the higher ups to keep going. Considering what a good position Xbox was still in post Xbox One that speaks volumes to how far Microsoft viewed where they were from what they deemed a success.

You do know that even the basic AI in gt7 does that, right? What makes sophy special is that they are not following a set path or artificially driving faster or slower. They have the same car and are actually driving it as you do. They react to your movements, try to set traps, pull switchbacks, etc just like a real human being. Sophy AI is the closest you can get to driving against other players( atleast ones who don't punt you out to meet Barry R.) in single player. It's that advanced, there is no bullshit rubberbanding or things like that. It is pure skill.

Gt as a game is not oriented towards that, it is about pure racing with realistic physics will keeping it accessible and that's it. Kind of like how you don't have spectacular crash animation or physics in ms flight simulator 2020. That's not the type of game it is. Same with forza.

If you want crashes you are better off playing wreckfest or BeanMG. They are far more realistic than grid.

It ended up accomplishing neither and honestly suffered critically and financially due to it( not to mention launching near gt7). If you want arcade, there are far better games, if you want simulators there are still far better games.

The team at the Heath Hospital Cardiff (Wales) told Mum they wanted me to have the surgery at the age of 3 but I was always ill with colds, chest infections even chicken pox at one point until it reached the stage at the age of 10 that unless I had the surgery I wasn't going to live long and so had it done and nver looked back or needed any follow up.

I don't agree with you AI sorry, but I have Wreckfest but never owned BeanMG. Not a big fan of Wreckfest tbh and just like what Codemasters did with GRID: Legends and also the Force feedback in that game along with Codemasters F1 2024 is 2nd to none a. They're a class about the rest in that regard though I find the AI in F12024 not the best.
