I'm not so sure that'll be the case. Last year Sony was almost willing to go down to $350 if the Xbox One launched at $400. I don't doubt that they could easily go down to $350 now, and maybe even before the Xbox One.

I think it's pretty much guaranteed that the Xbox One will have an SKU at $300 this time next year. Question though is if the PS4 will be $300 next year...

Are there indications that retailers will bother to restock? I don't know why anyone but maybe gamestop will bother.
Sony failed to restock after the initial BL2 bundle shipments. Tough to say what actual demand for the Vita is now.

I think if the XB1 drops to $350 it will still get outsold by the $400 PS4, so Sony wouldn't need to bother responding with a pricedrop

i believe its problems may be related to supply. may's numbers were incredibly high. whatever was sold to retailers was probably sold to customers.

that's pretty amazing, seeing that the ds is one of the best-selling systems of all-time!
how come news sites don't report that. it's always about how the vita is failing and how sony is losing money. nobody ever reports good sony news.

And wouldn't you know it, the Vita also outsold the PS2 this month.
You do realize it has already sold 7 million LTD on PS3
To put that in perspective
The original Halo: 6.75 million LTD
Halo 3 (best selling in franchise): 11.87 million
TLOU is a big deal dude. You are vastly underestimating it.
