Mine actually does not. It's forcing me to login. So I can't even use it for remote play. Really fucking annoying...
As soon as I hit the PS button, I get a 404 error.

Honestly, fuck these guys for just staying silent. Complete disregard for their fans. Not only are they silent with games (no showcases, shit at communication) but now they let you pay for a service, have it not work, and dont say anything sbout it
For me when the PlayStation Network was down I just logged into the PlayStation 5 with the controller & it let me control with the Portal.

You must have had already signed in previously, the other user just got his portal and was trying to sign in for the 1st time, hence why he couldn't.
Had the same thing today, I could RP from my tablet since I had already signed in previously but I couldn't sign-in on my PC since I hadn't RP'd for ages
PS: everything seems to work properly besides buying/downloading games and signing in.

They might be rolling things back up but might take some time untill everething is running at 100% for everyone. Just now i was able to login in ZZZ and play it. And im now online in Wuthering Waves (Doing my dailies on my gacha games
) But it took some time untill these games let me login as most of the times i was getting network error messages. Once im in its stable.

The outage has actually gotten me to start playing Forspoken. I have to say, you were right. The game is really fun, and the music is beautiful. Not sure why the game got so much hate.

If you'r trying to login in one of the gacha games, try boot the game, if you get the network error message, dont close the game, wait a minute or so and try again to login. Thats how i got in Wuthering Waves after 5 minutes of network error messages. (Might work or not depending of your location)PSN POR FAVOR

Forspoken is not a bad game. It's the equivalent of a popcorn flick. It is fun and enjoyable while being corny and then a bit forgettable.
There are certain games that get their reputation based off and initial perception of a trailer or early leak. Most who talk negatively about the game never played it or completely decided they'd hate it before they played it. Happens often. TLOU2, Final Fantasy Origin, etc.
