Yeah, I'll get to it. Lolita Anime is a mind-blowingly horrible experience to sit through. I wouldn't even be able to recommend it to masochists. Rather than to outright define itself as just difficult to watch it, stubbornly exists in some sort of limbo, teetering between I-wanna-shoot-myself-boring, and HAHA why!? It truly makes you question what you are doing with your life, and where you fucked up, rather than to offer any enjoyment whatsoever. It's porn, so I don't like answering these kind of questions, but Lolita Anime continually piles them on you. Come to think of it, I wouldn't doubt if this was made with some sort of religious message in mind. Kami-sama, save me from this horrible show...

This first ep is like extremely overanimated. So much motion, camera rarely stationary. Sure is an 80s cartoon though what with the robot rock musicians rocking out hard enough to create a monster constructed from magnetic waves whose job is to steal all the metal on Earth.

I actually did play half or so of Endless Frontier and liked it, paper-thin story and animu archetype characters aside. Where's the anime for that game?

Shanalua's betrayal was too abbreviated to give a shit about. It was a good death but completely devoid of any impact due to how quickly it all took place. We'll see if it pays dividends later in affecting Kio.

Maoyuu Maou Yuusha isn't so much a story as it is a series of somewhat related scenes mashed together to fill a 20 minute block of television and move some light novels/manga.
For some reason it doesn't feel as cynical as say, any of the harem shows that are out now, but it's still off putting because it has the stench of paycheck show all over it.

Why shame? The show has good art and design.
I think that's why I'm done with it until its finished. I think I'll fool myself into thinking there's a payoff at the end if I watch the rest in 3 hours rather than stretching it for 7 weeks.
