If this game were anything but normal I'd also say karma would probably play in shifting alignments but that is probably too chaotic for a Mafia game. Maybe there'll be a recruiter or something.*

Killing him N1 would be a bold play, and possibly would lean at some PR hints on the scum side. I'd be surprised if he died that fast.

Kinda. But he's also an easy target for any Healer, Tracker, or other defensive town PRs. Not to mention his role isn't all that powerful: would you really give up a shot at a real PR to take out someone as vanilla as batsnacks?

I wouldn't use the night kill on him on night 1. There's probably a role in place to make sure he gets a fair chance to help town. Then again it's iced tea in front of me: is there sugar or no sugar? I'd think there's a role in place but melonrabbit might want scum to think that so they'll hesitate. But I'm leaning on there being something to help him out.

A recruiter is a normal role isn't it? Also, our theme is inFamous, where you can change your alignment. But I don't wanna go down this rabbit hole, even if there is a promise of melon.

I mean I wouldn't be surprised if there is some sort of protection/tracking role for town even if we didn't have an innocent child. But I think the chances of him surviving,the night won't be that low, he's essentially an ordinary townie. Mafia would be more likely to want to hopefully hit a PR overnight. His usefulness would potentially come farther down the line when there are fewer people left and trust is far more important.

I'mnever really have been a fan of the obsession with joke posts that permeate some of the games, especially when people use post count as some barometer of something meaningful in terms of gameplay. There are a ton of other people here who'll sate your thirst.
Early joke posts are extremely useful they are literally the 1st thing to look for when anyone flips. and they're entertaining!

Ther are a ton of words I could call it, but entertaining isn't one of them especially since they rarely ever stop at early posts. And nobody looks at joke posts to find crucial information, they look at read lists and overall thoughts on the game.
Um, has this ever happened? I don't recall any cop getting breadcrumbs across successfully post-death.

i don't know what I think about the confirmed town player. He will likely become a scum target but it's nice to have someone we can rally around.

It's not just breadcrumbs. Mafia cop hunts people who are suspiciously correct. Joke phase is -the- time to gain equities, which mafia isn't focused on, which is why mafia (you) wants to skip it.

Well if you have any questions, just feel free to ask all of us. About the one running off their mouths being suspicious, they almost always end up as townie in my experience. The ones that lurk in the shadows, we call them lurkers because they just skate on by doing the bare minimum, are more dangerous since we have nothing to go on with them. Usually these folks get modkilled.
