NPD only tracks U.S sales, not the entire NA region.

Canada and Mexico are both much, much smaller markets in comparison and would not significantly impact the numbers if removed.

I don't think we need any more evidence to how overblown the importance of packing your best exclusives for the launch lineup, most people didn't buy the next gen consoles for those games and they still sold out.
