As someone also pointed out the game is "progressive", however that can differ from it being purposefully "woke". Woke devs uglify their female characters (don't see that here), make them overly masculine and unlikable in personality. Woke game is also vocal in how preachy it is about its progressive politics. So perhaps BG3 is progressive but not necessarily woke. I haven't seen many anti woke be overly negative about it so I don't know.

Bad port with reportedly tons of technical issues and crashes even on high end PCs

The game along with Horizon FW had plenty of bad press before launch with MJ and Aloy's fat faces going viral and yet both games sold faster than their predecessors. At least in the first year. HFW sales fell off a cliff due to internal sony leaked memos because the retards added to PS+ after just one year. But before that, despite all the memes, the game sold more in the first year than HZD did.

For comparision- other late pc ports of sony exclusives, single player too, had much better ccu, first spiderman(remaster)= 66k ccu
GoW 2018- 73,5k ccu
Those werent woke and were higher quality tho, so didnt get terrible word of mouth like spiderman2 or tlou2 got

It's easy, if you sell quality optimized/unbroken PC games that aren't woke fest or uninspired sequels at a decent price, people will buy it.
You might even sell more if you stop being a lazy cunt and promote the game.

Day one can also help, Helldivers 2 sold over 6 million copies on PC.
